Rhonda Mason, RN, MSN
Chief Nursing Officer / Chief Operating Officer

Leadership

As the CNO/COO of TeleNeph, Rhonda is responsible for onboarding new clients and leads the account management team, providing excellent customer service.  Prior to joining TeleNeph, she ran a dialysis program for four years leveraging our tele-nephrology services. This was the first experience she and her nursing staff had with dialysis, and they had tremendous success with our support. This experience allowed her to fully understand the customer experience.

Rhonda is a Master prepared Registered Nurse with over 30 years of experience in the acute hospital setting. She has spent a large part of her nursing career in leadership roles, most recently as the Chief Nursing Officer at a very busy critical access hospital in Arizona. Prior to this, Rhonda held several positions including Nurse Manager, Director of Quality, and CNO at a critical access hospital in Washington state. She started her career in large city hospitals in both the Seattle area and Honolulu.

Though her career started in urban settings, rural healthcare is her passion. Bringing her experience in leadership development, project management, and clinical excellence to smaller communities gives Rhonda great professional pride and satisfaction in her work.
