Leadership

Mary Hobeika is the Chief Strategy Officer for Dialysis Clinic, Inc (DCI). DCI is the largest not-for-profit renal care organization with over 240 clinics in 29 states. DCI also owns and operates REACH Kidney Care and DCI Donor Services with services across the continuum of care for chronic kidney disease. As CSO, Mary is responsible for strategic visioning and direction at the enterprise level as well as operationalization and evaluation of ongoing strategic plans.

Mary joined DCI in 2013 as Director of Hospital Services and also began serving in the capacity of Senior Operations Director in 2014. In 2019, Mary was named Chief Strategy Officer and joined the Executive Committee of DCI. Prior to joining DCI she, worked with DaVita as Regional Operations Director with responsibility for acute and chronic dialysis locations in the southeast. Mary is a Registered Nurse and spent the first 15 years of her career as an ICU nurse practicing in Colorado, Georgia and Tennessee.

Mary holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Tennessee, a Master’s of Science in Nursing from Vanderbilt University and a Master’s of Business Administration from Vanderbilt University Owen School of Management, specializing in Operations and Healthcare Administration. In addition to her role on the Advisory Board for Teleneph, LLC, Mary serves as a Board Member for the Tennessee Kidney Foundation.
