Hammad Shah, RPh is the CEO of Clarest, formally ProCare LTC. As the CEO, he is at the helm of the company vision and is charting the path for the future of patient-focused, pharmacy care by increasing access to better, more efficient solutions. A pharmacist by trade, Hammad’s expertise crosses disciplines including product development, sales, process improvement, and mergers and acquisitions.
Before joining Clarest, Hammad led the corporate direction and strategy as the President and CEO of SOC Telemed. Driven by the vision to provide access to the highest quality specialty care for every patient at every hospital, Hammad drew upon his expertise to create innovative, cost-effective solutions establishing SOC as the leading provider of acute telemedicine. Previously, as the president of FreseniusRX, Hammad created a growth strategy that transformed the full-service pharmacy into a renal specialty pharmacy, providing healthcare expertise to patients living with kidney disease.
With over 30 years of experience, Hammad has the deep understanding required to aid organizations in assessing how to operate in rapidly changing healthcare markets. His efforts and expertise in healthcare leadership have positively impacted both patients and providers by increasing access to higher quality care and services. Hammad received his bachelor’s degree in pharmacy from Temple University and his Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Arizona State University’s W. P. Carey School of Business. He serves on the board of directors for Clarest Health and TeleNeph LLC.
